Press Release: 08/01/2021
Primo Dialler a Birmingham based tech company, has been nominated for a prestigious telecoms award. The Comms Business Awards are annual awards which highlight excellence in a range of categories across telecommunications. Primo Dialler has been nominated in the category Contact Centre Vendor due to their focus on call centre software.
“In what was a turbulent year for many businesses across the globe. Our team quickly responded to challenges and adapted our solution to our clients’ needs. We redesigned our software to make it easier for clients to work remotely.” Said Abdul Kawser Head of Sales at Primo Dialler. “This resulted in helping to save over 3000 jobs and attracted a host of new customers. Every individual worked extremely hard during uncertain times to help customers transition as smoothly as possible. We’re extremely humbled to be nominated for this award joining many well-known organisations.”
Due to the impact of Covid-19, many call centres around the world faced uncertainty. Call centre agents tend to be based onsite in offices around the world. As many countries went into lockdowns, it quickly became apparent that they need the capabilities for agents to work remotely. Primo Dialler, responded with great urgency to develop their dialler to work remotely on a range of devices. Including launching an Android app.
As a result of our in-house development team, we quickly made our solution accessible to all our clients around the world. Allowing agents to login with just a mobile phone rather than complex hardware set ups. Many other providers failed to adapt resulting in a host of new enquiries.
“Due to the way the team responded to such challenges, and the hard work that they have put into helping our customers battle through. It is fitting that Primo Dialler have been shortlisted for such a high accolade.” Said Abdul Kawsar
The Comms Business Awards are going to take place virtually on Tuesday 19th January at 4pm.
